FAQ

The product I like is out of stock. When will it be back?

A product can be temporarily out of stock. If you’d like us to send you an email notification when it gets restocked, you can click the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page and enter your email address.

Once the product is back on stock, we will gladly send you a notification email.

How do I get a gift packaging?

You can let us know your order is a gift through the check box and comment section at the checkout page. We will make sure to not include the billing information on your package and we will leave a special note on your behalf, handwritten on a customized gift card.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments made through:

  • Credits Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries.

Is the shipping free?

Yes, all U.S orders are free of charge with no minimum. International Shipping is free for all orders over $100, otherwise, it is at a competitive rate starting from $6.99.

How long does it take to get my package?

U.S. shipping takes up to 5 business days. International shipping varies by destination, but generally, deliveries take between 7–15 days to arrive.

Can I track my package?

For U.S. orders, a notification email with a tracking number will be sent once the order is shipped.

For international orders, United States Postal Service (USPS) allows tracking for the following countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, France, Netherlands, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Israel and Brazil.

Will I have to pay any import duties or taxes on my order?

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination and should be acquitted by the buyer.
Duties and/or import taxes, if any, generally represent a small percentage of order value. Please contact your local customers office to find out more information if you are not sure about potential charges.

Can I cancel my order?

You will have 24 hours after order placement to cancel. After the 24-hour window the order will be treated by our team and will be considered a final sale. Did you make a mistake on your order? Please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can help correct the situation.
